Witness does both monthly retainers and one-off projects. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer that flexes up or down based on need. Larger, one-time initiatives, like a rebrand or a new website, are scoped and priced separately as projects.

Do I own the work? Do I get the source files?

Final deliverables and source files are yours once the final invoice is paid. Third-party assets we purchase for you, like stock photos or fancy fonts, remain under the original creator’s licensing rules.
Can I pause or cancel?

Retainers run on an initial 3-month term. After that, they are month to month.
